Skiing at Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise
The location of Yellowstone Ski Lodge makes it the perfect base for exploring some of Europe’s best slopes. The uncluttered, breathtaking slopes of Sainte Foy Station are just footsteps away and the popular resorts of Val d'Isère, Paradiski and La Rosière are close by.
From beginner to expert, young and old - Yellowstone Ski Lodge is the perfect destination for family friendly groups.
Amateur and advanced skiers and snowboarders can enjoy Sainte Foy, but it is the resort’s off-piste runs for which it is famous. They are one of France’s hidden treasures: the incredible backcountry offers acres of untouched powder and hidden routes.
And, if this wasn’t exhilarating enough, there is the chance to pump the adrenaline even harder with a heli-ski trip to Italy. From a helipad just 100 metres from the lodge, you’ll be whisked over the border and let loose on vast terrains of pristine powder, on which you can return to Sainte Foy.
We have an arrangement with Ski Set Sainte Foy who you can pre book your equipment through and it will be delivered to the chalet. We have negotiated a special rate for Yellowstone guests, but all equipment rental and costs including insurance are the guests responsibility. http://sainte-foy-en-tarentaise.skiset.co.uk
With regards to ski lessons we are fortunate enough to have the support of Marianne Brechu (ex French ski team champion), who will arrange the appropriate ski tuition or guiding. However, should you wish to book direct with the ski school please contact info@esf-saintefoy.com All ski lessons and guiding are an additional cost direct to the guest but we are happy to assist with arranging providing the request is made at the time of booking.
